Q-Why is your shipping charge so low?
A-Due to our high volume of shipments, we do get volume discounts from Fedex and UPS, however the shipping fee of $7.95 that we charge our customers is only a small percentage of the true shipping cost. We operate on a high volume, low margin basis so that we can offer our customers the absolute best possible overall pricing. We absorb most of the shipping charges as a service to our customers—we want you to pay less for your benches!
Q-What if I am not happy with my purchase? Can I return it?

Q-What if my order arrives damaged or missing a piece?
A-Occasionally, an order will become damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us and explain the situation. Also, we may require pictures of the damage so that we can determine the best solution. We will have the correct replacement piece or (in some extreme cases) a whole new item sent to you at no charge.
Q-Do you sell or give customer information to other parties?
A-Absolutely not! We never give out our customer’s information to anyone! Your privacy is our priority.
Q-How do I know that your online ordering process is secure?
A-We use the latest security technology on our website. We use 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption that prevents interception from outside parties. All of your information is safely transmitted directly to our company—nowhere else! In addition our site is scanned daily for possible security breaches. Your financial and personal data is secure with us!
Q-What if I find a lower price elsewhere?
A-We pride ourselves on offering the lowest delivered prices. If you happen to find a lower price on one of our items, simply contact us and we will do what we can to beat that price. Remember to look at the shipping charges when comparing prices. There are many companies out there that like to “lure” customers in with low advertised prices and then they tack on unreasonable shipping charges during checkout.
Q-I don’t see a phone number on your site. Do you have a customer service line that I can call?
A-To keep costs down, we do not have a customer service call center. All of our customer service is conducted via email. This provides documentation of conversations for future reference. However, if you would like to place your order over the phone, please contact us via email and we will call you directly to assist you.

A-Yes. We are based in Virginia.
Q-Do you have a showroom?
A-No, we do not. We only have warehouses and conduct our business exclusively online.

A-Under current tax law, only orders shipping into the state of Virginia will be charged sales tax (5%).
Q-Do you ship outside of the USA?
A-At this time, we only ship within the 48-continental United States and the District of Columbia. Our $7.95 shipping charge only applies to orders shipped within the 48 states. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.
