At Outdoor-Garden-Benches.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days for a full refund less 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges that we incurred in our original shipment to you.
- All items returned must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacture’s box. All of the product parts, manuals, accessories must be returned in order to receive credit.
- Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.
How to Return a Product:
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to us, please follow the below instructions.
- Click the “contact us” button at the top of our website to request a return. A return shipping address will be provided to you with your RMA number. Please do not lose this number as it is required to return your order. Returns without an RMA number are subject to refusal and additional restocking fees.
- All products must be returned 14 days from receipt of order.
- Carefully package the product into the manufactures box and place this inside of a durable shipping box to prevent damage.
- Items that are returned damaged due to poor (return) packaging may be subject to additional restocking & repair fees.
- Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package as we are not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price. **IMPORTANT NOTE** The actual shipping cost you must pay to return an item to us may not match our flat promotional shipping rates. For example, we may charge only $7.95 to ship a large heavy item to you but the actual shipping cost is what will be deducted from your credit which will often be much higher than the promotional shipping
- Please return the product within 10 days from the date the RMA number is issued. Items returned after 10 days of issuance will be subject to refusal or additional restocking fees.
- Credit will be processed on the account within 7-10 business days. Items which are returned after 14 days or are not in original condition are eligible for in-store credit only.

Defective or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item, please follow the below procedures.
Defective:
- If you believe you have received a defective item, please call or email our customer support staff to assist you with troubleshooting your product before requesting a return. Over 90% of defective item requests can be solved by sending you the applicable replacement parts. This will be done at no cost to you.
- *Damage caused by accidents, abuse, poor handling, or normal wear and tear. Products which have been subject to unauthorized repair or modification, are all non-returnable.
- In the event the problems persist, our support team will authorize a RMA number and issue a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- In the event an item is returned and is not defective, or damage is caused because of normal wear and tear; additional repair fees up to 25 % may apply to the order in addition to return shipping fees.
Damaged Items:
If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 2 days of receipt. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise. Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement cost for damaged items. Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company.
Some items may require product photos for damage claim processing. You will be notified at the time your return is requested whether the merchandise requires damage photos.
Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. All posted prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Cancellation:
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Simply submit our customer support ticket for order cancellations and wait for an approval within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after shipment is made are subject to 15% restocking fee and may be subject to additional shipping charges since we have already incurred the expense at this point.
Errors and Omissions:
This site reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in-stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
Payment Policy:
- Sales Tax: Is collected only on orders delivered to Pennsylvania.
- Payment: Is made first - then your order is processed, produced, and shipped. This process protects us against fraud. By reducing fraud risks, we are able to keep our prices very low. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You can order & pay by credit card or Paypal online or you can place an order over the phone. In addition, you can mail us a check (contact us for details). Orders that are paid for via check will not be processed until the check has cleared.

One month after your order is placed; your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be described to This Website within 48 Hours.
